When I mouse over the image as it describes, the Remove option is non available. So, anyone know how to remove custom images?

I was able to remove the background images I uploaded by deleting the files from this location:
\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads

if you just go on clicking on pictures and making every motion-picture show but the one you desire to delete the groundwork, it will movement to the correct. when it is all the style over to the right search for another movie and make it the background. The pic y'all wanted to delete will exist gone. Then get back to what yous want as the background.

I am sorry none of these techniques work for me. I am trying to mimic using a green screen for instruction and put quite a few pictures on my groundwork and at present can not delete any of them. I do non get a "remove" option when hovering over the pictures equally suggested in the article.

Hello. I had this very same problem just this morning. Found your question and replies and none of them worked and then I went searching for more than and came across this:
1) Press the Windows fundamental + R, re-create/paste the following command, and printing Enter.
%AppData%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
2) In this folder, you tin view the images of the custom background
I was able to delete the pictures from the binder... Immediately went to Teams to verify and they were gone. I'm using a Dell laptop with Windows 10. Hope this helps you out.

I really establish out what the problem was, at least for me. There was an update that I wasn't getting. Bank check on yours. when in teams click on your picture or initials in the upper right hand corner. Click on settings. Click to plow on "turn on new meeting experience" and so restart teams.

sometimes using the run control to open the verbal folder doesnt work sometimes
And so i suggest you apply run command to go to appdata folder past just typing appdata in the bar and pressing enter
later on this
Get to Roaming folder.
Wait for Microsoft folder
In the Microsoft folder navigate to Teams
In teams the first folder you see should bee Backgrounds if non look for information technology and open it
in Backgrounds, open up Uploads folder and delete the item you want to
that's all hope it helps

Thank you then much. Is there a way to get rid of the pre-loaded backgrounds?
Is at that place a limit to how many new backgrounds I tin can add?

(PC version, on Windows 10)
- Click the iii dots near top correct "more than actions"
- Click on "Use Background Effects"
- Click on the picture y'all downloaded but no longer want
- Near the top right of the picture, you'll see the same three dots (you may demand to click on the picture twice to get the dots to appear, and/or hover near the top correct of the picture)
- Click on the dots and "Remove Picture" volition appear as an option. Click on that and the picture will disappear.
- It doesn't appear this works with standard flick options
